Fixings
2 eggs
1 cup or 140 grams of plain flour
3/4 cup or 150 g of softened unsalted spread
1/4 cup or 50g of caster sugar
397g jar of Nestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/3 cup or 35 g filtered cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon of bicarbonate of pop
1 teaspoon of vanilla concentrate
1 teaspoon of banana separate
1 enormous or 200 grams of squashed ready bananas
For the cream filling:
1 1/2 cups or 375 ml new fluid cream
1/2 cup or 70 g of powdered sugar
Step by step instructions to get ready:
Oil a rectangular, level broiler plate estimating 20 cm x 25 cm with oil or liquefied margarine.
Put every one of the fixings (aside from the squashed banana) in a bowl and blend in with an electric blender for 2 minutes on low speed, then, at that point, for 3 minutes on medium speed or until the combination becomes smooth.
Add the squashed banana and blend in with the combination, then, at that point, empty the blend into the lubed plate and heat the combination in a preheated 175°C stove for 20 to 25 minutes or until a stick is embedded in the middle confesses all.
Put the combination to the side to cool. In the meantime, consolidate the cream and powdered sugar in a bowl and beat the fixings with an electric blender for 5 to 6 minutes or until the cream turns out to be solid.
Fill the adorning pack (with a star-molded spout) with cream, then, at that point, cover the highest point of the cooled cake with cream, cut the cake into cuts and serve.
Tip: Serve the cake with chocolate sauce.
